At Unique Kids Zone, we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience for every customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for cancelled orders, damaged products, defective products, or incorrect items received. Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with relevant photos of the product and packaging.

Refund Process

Once your request is approved and the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
